Deloitte partners with FT Longitude for landmark study on gender equality in the workplace
In November 2021, Deloitte‘s flagship campaign on gender equality, Women @ Work, was named Best Global PR Campaign at the 2021 Platinum PR Awards.
Recognised for meeting the moment by addressing the urgent need to support working women during and beyond the pandemic, the campaign – produced in collaboration with FT Longitude – achieved the highest recognition of any Deloitte Global report within 24 hours of its launch.

The results were striking. The data shows that 51% of women feel less optimistic about their career prospects today than they did before the pandemic. And while 68% of women say that their mental wellbeing was good or very good before Covid-19, just 33% say that this is the case today.
